I was approaching Lent and was thinking about getting to know myself better. It was all about reflection. I wrote the book in 40 days. I wanted to give information about fitness, wellness, and nutrition in a way that made sense to people. There is so much information out there on fitness and nutrition...it can be overwhelming. I wanted my readers to read a little each day and reflect.
Goals? The book is all about goals. I want each of my readers to learn something new and take what they have read and make it their lifestyle. Fitness is not a 40 day regimen. It is a lifestyle! I just want my readers to read 40 Days of Fitness, reread it if you have to, and tell a friend about it. I know when I am fit and healthy I am a happier person. I just want to spread that knowledge and help others!
