ABOUT 40 DAYS OF FITNESS

40 Days of Fitness is not your typical fitness book with diet plans, exercise regimes and nutritional information. The author, Stephanie Kleinrichert, wanted to write a book that focuses on all aspects of life. “The book is intended for the reader to learn about oneself and get to know your body,” says Kleinrichert. “There is so much information on fitness and wellness. I wrote the book to help give that information in a concise way. I was approaching Lent and thought about getting to know yourself in the 40 days. There was much reflection. I wrote the book in those forty days. Each day I wrote a page to give the reader information to reflect on each day. 40 Days of Fitness is written to discuss health, wellness, and discovering a better you.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: STEPHANIE KLEINRICHERT

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in non-teaching Physical Education (Exercise Science). She has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry.

It all began in the 80’s in the age of leg warmers, leotards, and “feel the burn”. Stephanie caught the exercise fever and began teaching group exercise classes. Her love of teaching group exercise led her to complete her degree and accept her first full-time fitness position in corporate fitness. She has not stopped since and over the years has taught at the university level, taught many different types of group exercise classes at numerous top exercise facilities, directed a large fitness facility group exercise program, taught health and physical education at the school-age level, and began privately training clients in fitness. She has been a private personal fitness trainer for over 15 years and continues this today.

She is a former collegiate, NFL, and NFL Pro Bowl cheerleader.

Stephanie married and became a mother. Although she continued to privately train clients she did step away from some of the more hectic aspects of the fitness industry such as teaching group exercise and some of her other fitness and teaching positions.Through some health issues, personal struggles, love of learning and helping others to achieve their best health Stephanie uses all of these to help her listen, understand, and teach her clients to find their own personal best. Her philosophy is that she will educate, motivate, and provide knowledge for achieving lifelong wellness.

Today Stephanie lives with her husband, Gary, her son, and her four “bonus babies” (step-children), dog, and cat. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and experiencing each day as a joyful blessing.
